Two large rooms, soundproofed with double glass windows are available. Each room has a 2sqm balcony, a private bathroom and elegant decor with tiled floor and modern furniture.
Both the rooms are provided of a kingsize bed (availability of adding one single bed more), a big wardrobe, a dresser, television, air conditioning, bath towels and bed linen.
Bathrooms* are provided of showers with programmable jet. Hairdryer and toeletries are available for customers.

*The Red Room’s bathroom is private, but the access is outside the room.

SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY

starting from: 60 € / per night

  • The price includes overnight, breakfast and final cleaning
  • Children up to 3 years don’t pay. They can sleep in the bed with their parents or in a camping bed
  • Discounts are available for stays longer than 3 days
  • Tourist taxes are excluded
  • Rates can change in base of season, festivity, city events, trade shows and important cultural and sport exhibitions

Reservation confirm

To confirm the reservation a down payment of the 30% of the full amount is required. It can be paid by bank transfer or by PostePay to details that you will receive. The balance will be paid at the arrival by cash, PostePay o credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, CartaSì.

Cancel the reservation

The cancellation is free until the 15° day before the check-in. The penalty expected for the late cancellation from the 14° day to the no-show is the total amount of the down payment.

Please cancel the reservation by e-mail and check that your cancellation has been accepted.
